1. Craftsmanship & Natural Variations
Every mahjong tile, wind indicator, and keychain is finished with hand-applied paint. Minor imperfections, slight paint overlap, or subtle shedding are normal characteristics of the handcrafting process and are not considered defects. Please take this into consideration before purchasing. Raw material colors for blank tiles may vary slightly across production batches. Individual returns or exchanges due to batch color variations will not be accepted.
Dice Design: The dice design is subject to ongoing updates and improvements; the actual version received shall prevail.
2. Color Accuracy & Display Variations
All product images are photographed using actual items. However, colors and brightness may appear slightly different across individual screens and monitors. The physical item shall be considered the final standard.
3. Unboxing & Shipping Claims (Taiwan Domestic Orders Only)
To protect both parties, please record an unboxing video from the moment you open the package, capturing the condition of the metal storage tin and outer carton.
If any damage has occurred during transit, please follow the steps below within 24 hours of receipt. We will assist you in filing an official claim with the carrier:
Please note that our team facilitates report filing and claim submission on your behalf; direct compensation liability rests with the courier service. Carrier claims submitted after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.
This claim support policy applies strictly to orders within Taiwan (including offshore islands) and is not applicable to international shipments.
Required steps for damage claims:
Close-up photos clearly showing the damaged areas on the product and packaging.
Clear photos of the outer shipping box (all 6 sides: top, bottom, left, right, front, back) and the bubble wrap (both front and back).
The continuous unboxing video, written description of the damage, and the required photos sent to our customer service via website direct message.
4. International Orders & Shipping
Selected products are currently available for shipping to Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, South Korea, and the contiguous United States. Shipping to other regions is temporarily unavailable.
Return Policy: All international and cross-border orders within Asia are final sale (no returns or exchanges accepted).
Transit Risk: While all items are securely packaged prior to dispatch, international transit involves multi-stage handling and customs inspection. Buyers acknowledge and accept the risk of potential cosmetic wear or box damage caused by international transit.
