The Machill Typography 

To complement the elegant rectangular shape of the tiles, we developed a custom typeface based on the slender "Long Song" (Cháng Sòng) style. By blending the refined structure of Songti with the rhythmic brushstroke nuances of traditional Kaitie calligraphy, we’ve created a look that is both modern and deeply rooted in heritage.

Reimagined Suit Symbols 

The traditional "Dots" (Tóng) and "Bamboo" (Suǒ) symbols have been distilled into their essential geometric forms—circles and lines. This minimalist approach cleans up the tile face while maintaining instant recognizability during gameplay.

Color Palette Options 

  • Modern Minimalist: A sophisticated Deep Blue paired with neutral Grey for a sleek, contemporary aesthetic.
  • Classic Heritage: For those who prefer a traditional feel, we offer the timeless Red and Green colorway.

Elevated Craftsmanship 

We have reimagined the traditional Wind Indicator, upgrading it from standard urea resin to a high-grade zinc alloy. This transition provides a significant increase in both tactile weight and durability.

Signature Finish 

Each indicator undergoes a meticulous electroplating process, followed by hand-applied lacquer for the fine details. This artisanal approach ensures a sophisticated metallic luster and a premium feel that complements the Collector's Edition.




｜The Scoring Sticks (Mahjong Rulers)

Intuitive Design 

We’ve integrated discrete dot markers onto each ruler, allowing players to count and align tiles with greater speed and precision during the initial setup.

Enhanced Durability & Tactile Feel 

Crafted from premium matte acrylic, we’ve increased the thickness from the industry-standard 3.5mm to a substantial 5mm. This added heft makes the rulers easier to flip, more comfortable to handle, and exceptionally durable for long-term play.

1. Handcrafted Quality & Variations 

Every mahjong tile, wind indicator, and keychain is meticulously hand-painted. Minor variations in paint application or subtle inconsistencies are inherent to the handcrafting process and are not considered manufacturing defects. Raw materials for blank tiles may vary slightly in color between production batches. Please consider these unique characteristics before purchasing; individual returns for these reasons will not be accepted. Note: Dice designs are updated periodically; the version you receive may vary slightly from online images.

2. Product Images & Color Accuracy 

All products are photographed under professional lighting. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen's display settings and brightness. The physical product shall be the final standard.

3. Shipping Damage & Claims 

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If the exterior packaging or contents are damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 business days with photos of all six sides of the box and the damaged product. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please note that MACHILL only provides assistance with filing claims and does not assume direct liability for damages caused by third-party carriers.

4. Returns & The 7-Day Window 

In accordance with consumer protection guidelines, we offer a 7-day return window starting from the date of delivery. Please note that this is a "reflection period," not a trial period. We provide refunds only; no exchanges for different colors or editions are accepted.

5. Restocking Fees & Original Shipping 

Returns for non-defective items must be in their original, unopened condition. If the protective plastic film on the mahjong tiles has been removed (rendered non-restorable), a 25% Restocking & Handling Fee will be deducted from your refund. If the original order qualified for free shipping, the initial shipping cost will also be deducted from the final refund.

6. Manufacturing Defects & Missing Parts 

If you discover a manufacturing defect or missing components that prevent normal play, we provide a 30-day limited warranty. Please contact us via site message within 30 days of receipt. We only provide replacement parts for manufacturing defects or specific missing items; full-set exchanges will not be provided.
