Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Please note that Machill only provides return services and does not offer exchanges (e.g., changing colors or schemes). The return policy does not cover the following:

• Products without proof of purchase or mismatched order numbers.

• Products purchased through second-hand resale.

• Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or fire.

• Incomplete packaging or missing accessories.

Premium Return Service & Fees

To ensure the safety of our high-value and delicate Mahjong sets, Machill will arrange a professional courier pickup for all returns. For returns due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind, style preference), a flat 25% Handling & Restocking Fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

• Note: Returned items must be in their original, unopened condition. Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Manufacturing Defects

If a manufacturing defect or missing part is discovered upon opening, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with a description and photos. We provide individual replacement parts for specific defects rather than full-set exchanges. Requests made after this 30-day period will not be accepted.
