Handcrafted Excellence
Each Machill Mahjong tile and accessory is hand-painted by skilled artisans. Due to the nature of handcrafted goods, subtle variations, minor paint overlaps, or slight inconsistencies may occur. These are considered normal characteristics of the artisanal process rather than manufacturing defects. Please consider the unique nature of handcrafted products before placing your order.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If the product or packaging appears damaged due to transit, contact us at hi@the90slab.com within 3 business days of receipt. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please note that claims filed beyond this window are generally not accepted by logistics companies.
To file a report, please provide:
Close-up photos of the damage to the product and packaging.
Photos of the shipping box from all 6 sides and the internal cushioning materials.
Your order number and a brief description of the issue.
U.S. Domestic Shipping & Sales Tax
No import duties or customs fees will be charged on any U.S. orders. Applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address in accordance with local state regulations. Given the high value of our sets, once the tracking system shows the package as "Signed," it is deemed successfully delivered. Machill is not responsible for any theft or loss occurring after a confirmed signature delivery.
After-Sales Service
Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Please note that Machill only provides return services and does not offer exchanges (e.g., changing colors or schemes).The return policy does not cover the following:
Products without proof of purchase or mismatched order numbers.
Products purchased through second-hand resale.
Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, or fire.
- Incomplete packaging or missing accessories.
Premium Return Service & Fees
To ensure the safety of our high-value and delicate Mahjong sets, Machill will arrange a professional courier pickup for all returns.For returns due to personal preference (e.g., change of mind, style preference), a flat 25% Handling & Restocking Fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Note: Returned items must be in their original, unopened condition. Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Manufacturing Defects
If a manufacturing defect or missing part is discovered upon opening, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with a description and photos. We provide individual replacement parts for specific defects rather than full-set exchanges. Requests made after this 30-day period will not be accepted.
Shipping Information
Order Processing:In-stock items are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Shipping Schedule:
Orders placed Mon–Wed will ship on Friday.
Orders placed Thu–Sun will ship on the following Tuesday.
Special Delays:During holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas) or extreme weather events (e.g., hurricanes, blizzards), delivery may be delayed by 1–3 business days. If you have any questions regarding your schedule, please feel free to contact us.
