Handcrafted Excellence

Each Machill Mahjong tile and accessory is hand-painted by skilled artisans. Due to the nature of handcrafted goods, subtle variations, minor paint overlaps, or slight inconsistencies may occur. These are considered normal characteristics of the artisanal process rather than manufacturing defects. Please consider the unique nature of handcrafted products before placing your order.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If the product or packaging appears damaged due to transit, contact us at hi@the90slab.com within 3 business days of receipt. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Please note that claims filed beyond this window are generally not accepted by logistics companies.

To file a report, please provide:
1. Close-up photos of the damage to the product and packaging.
2. Photos of the shipping box from all 6 sides and the internal cushioning materials.
3. Your order number and a brief description of the issue.

U.S. Domestic Shipping & Sales Tax

No import duties or customs fees will be charged on any U.S. orders. Applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated at checkout based on your shipping address in accordance with local state regulations. Given the high value of our sets, once the tracking system shows the package as "Signed," it is deemed successfully delivered. Machill is not responsible for any theft or loss occurring after a confirmed signature delivery.
